VerifySG is operated by HomeAuto Solutions Pte Ltd (UEN 202014984H), Singapore. We provide government-verified identity verification services powered by Singpass Login.
When you join the waitlist: name, company name, work email, industry, and optional use case description.
When a business operator registers (onboarding): name, mobile number, and email are retrieved via Singpass Login to confirm the operator's identity. No MyInfo data (NRIC, date of birth, address, occupation, etc.) is retrieved or stored.
When identity verification is performed on a customer: a pseudonymous Singpass identifier (sub) is recorded, confirming the verified party authenticated with their Singpass account. Verified name, mobile, and email (from Singpass Login scopes) may be stored masked. No MyInfo data is collected from the customer.
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, browser type) for security and debugging.
Waitlist data is used solely to contact you when early access opens. We do not sell, share, or use it for marketing beyond VerifySG communications.
Verification data is stored for audit trail purposes and accessible only to the business that initiated the verification and the verified individual.
We process personal data under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By submitting the waitlist form or initiating a verification, you consent to the collection and use described above.
Identity verification uses Singpass Login (authentication + basic profile). Customer verification records a pseudonymous identifier (sub) and masked name, mobile, and email — no MyInfo data (NRIC, DOB, address) is retrieved. Operator onboarding retrieves name, mobile, and email via Singpass Login to confirm identity. VerifySG does not store your Singpass credentials. GovTech's own privacy policy governs their platform.
Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or VerifySG is no longer operating. Verification records are retained for 7 years for compliance purposes, in line with Singapore business record-keeping requirements.

We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and GovTech Singpass for identity verification. Each has their own privacy policy.
